1. Agreement & Legal Entity

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “Developer”, or “User”) and INFOSKILLS TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD (operating and doing business as NotifySetu, herein referred to as “NotifySetu”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or integrating the NotifySetu website, Developer Console, REST APIs, or SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Description & Automated SaaS Services

NotifySetu is a 100% automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) and API infrastructure platform designed for developers and businesses to orchestrate transactional notifications across multiple communication channels, including Email (AWS SES, SMTP), SMS, WhatsApp Cloud API, Web Push, and Voice/OTP.

All message routing, failover, rendering, webhook event delivery, and billing calculations are performed automatically via software systems with zero human-driven manual interventions.

3. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order process and billing infrastructure are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd(“Paddle”, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, UK).

Paddle handles all payments, invoices, taxes, customer billing support inquiries, chargebacks, and returns in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual subscription cycle.

• 7-Day Free Trial: All new paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any point during the trial period with zero charges applied to your payment method.
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with NotifySetu within 14 days of your initial subscription payment date, you may request a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
• Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle Customer Portal in your dashboard (Settings > Billing) or by contacting support@notifysetu.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period with no subsequent renewals.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Card, PayPal, Wire) within 5 to 10 business days via Paddle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use NotifySetu to transmit unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), phishing campaigns, deceptive communications, malware, or illegal material. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of API keys without prior notice.
